DPR is constructing two ground-up 150,000 sq.-ft. office buildings in the Tampa Heights neighborhood. This will be the first new office space in downtown Tampa since 1994. The scope of work includes two, six-story, Class AA office buildings and an adjacent 1,500-space parking garage.
The office buildings include 12,000-sq.-ft. of ground floor retail, a roof top deck, communal workspace and meeting areas, a fitness center, showers, and a tree-lined linear park. The building will include bike share and bike storage, as well as access to major transportation. The exterior brick skin will be mindful of the historic character of the Tampa Heights neighborhood.
