Dan Wagner will touch on understanding the crucial connection between cleaning and sustainability. Recognizing the necessary management and operational characteristics of a quality customer-focused cleaning organization. How to identify the key elements of a comprehensive green cleaning program and appreciating the role cleaning plays in protecting against potential public health threats.
